Tricia's "Peas"n' rice

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup short rain rice1/2 tsp. powdered thymesalt and pepper (to taste)1 cup cooked blackeyed peas1 (14 oz.) can diced tomatoes12 frozen meatballs (quartered)2 tbsp. margerine3 cups water
Directions
Heat water.
Heat meatballs and cut into quarters.
Add all remaining ingredients including meatballs to the proper amount of boiling water.
Cook for 20 minutes.
