8 oz. Sour cream4 oz. Cream cheese8 oz. crab meat1/4 c. cheddar cheeseOld Bay Seasoning to tasteSalt & Pepper to taste
Mix the sour cream and cream cheese in a bowl. Add the Old Bay, salt & pepper to taste. Distribute the crabmeat evenly into 3-4 souffle dishes and then distribute the sour cream mixture evenly over the crabmeat. Place the dishes on a baking sheet and put into a 400 degree oven for about 15 minutes. Stir mixture every 5 minutes to mix the crab meat and to distribute the heat evenly. After mixture is hot, sprinkle the cheddar cheese over each dish and put back into the oven until it's melted. Serve with crackers or thinly sliced bread.
