.50 cup Butter, unsalted 2 oz Cream Cheese .50 cup Pumpkin, canned, without salt 4 Tablespoons Splenda1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp pumpkin spice1/4 tsp salt80 calories eachFat 8.6Carbs 0.9Protein 0.5
Directions
Melt butter and cream cheese. Fold in other ingredients and then pour into pan and put into freezer.

**I spray my pan with coconut oil for easy removal.
