Multi grain single serving lemon cake

Ingredients
10 grams Flour, whole grain 10 grams Wheat bran, crude 10 grams Oat Bran 1 oz Cake, yellow, dry mix, pudding-type 0.25 cup Egg whites, Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, 1/4 cup = 2 egg whites 0.5 oz yogurt Greek Gods Poseidon Greek Yogurt nonfat plain 1 fl oz Lemon Juice
Directions
Preheat oven at 180. Mix the yogurt with the lemon. Mix dry ingredients. Whisk the egg whites. Add yogurt mix. Simply mix all together. Use a silicon mini loaf. Bake for 20 min.
