Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
1 Bunch of fresh broccoli 1/2 cup light miracle whip salad dressing2 packs equal2 tbs. balsamic vinegar3 green olives1 small vidallia onion diced3 slices of thin bacon crisp and crushed into bits
Directions
Cut stalks from broccoli and dice into tiny bite size pieces.
mix salad dressing, sweetner and balsamic vinegar until well blended.
slice olives
Mix all ingredients together and chill for 30 minutes to an hour to marinate.

    I would suggest changing the olives to raisins. I think this combination would taste better but not change the calories much. - 6/7/08
