32 oz Boneless Stewing Beef--choice chuck 400 gram(s) Beef Heart (raw weight) (by -POOKIE-) 1 serving sweet yellow onion, raw (1 medium onion) (by COUNTRYCITYMIX) 1.75 cup Mushrooms, canned 1 serving Muir Glen Organic Diced Tomato - 1 can (by IHEARTTRAVEL) 3 cup Bone Broth, Beef (by RPALAWSKI) 8 oz Black Coffee 1 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 1 tbsp Chili powder 1/2 Tbsp. oregano1/2 Tbsp. basil1 Tbsp. cuminSalt and pepper to taste
