Ingredients
1.5 cup Cauliflower, raw 1.5 cup Brussels sprouts, fresh 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 tbsp Curry powder 14 oz Thai Kitchen Light Coconut Milk 1 clove Garlic .25 cup (not packed) Raisins 40 grams Cilantro, raw 125 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw
Directions
Heat oil in pan and add all vegetables. Stir occasionally to cook. Add garlic and cilantro. Add coconut milk and curry powder. I used a package of aloo potato curry mix.
