20 grams Wheat bran, crude 1 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill) 1 serving Egg white, large 4 tbsp *Smuckers Blackberry Sugar Free Jam 0.5 cup Oats, Quaker 50 gram beleg, kaas, cottage cheese Linessa (Lidl) (by LOLA78KG)
Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet separately. Preheat oven at 180
Spread on a non-stick parchment paper. Bake for 10 min. Remove. Flip and slice in 4 pieces
bake for 10 min. Turn oven off and allow to cool inside. store in an air-tight container
