Easy Low Fat Chocolate Chip Cookie Brownies

1/2 cup I can't Believe It's Not Butter! spray1 cup Splenda Brown Sugar1 ½ cups unbleached, enriched flour1/2 cup egg substitute1 teaspoon vanilla2 teaspoons baking powder1 cup milk chocolate chips
Heat butter on low on stovetop. Once heated-through mix in brown sugar, then the rest of the ingredients except the chips. Once it’s all mixed and slightly cooled, add the chocolate chips (if you add them too early they completely melt.) For milk chocolate swirls, put the chocolate chips in while the mixture is warm. For milk chocolate chunks, let themixture cool slightly before adding.
Bake at 350 for 20 - 25 minutes in a 9-inch round sprayed with light cooking spray. Makes 8 wedges.
