Zucchini and Almond Flour Fritter/Patty

3 medium Zucchini, grated3/4 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour 3/4 cup Lucerne Mexican 4 cheese blend Cheese 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Salt 1 dash Pepper, black
Preheat oven to 400F. Prepare baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine zucchini, almond flour, cheese, eggs, salt, pepper, and any other seasonings, and mix thoroughly using your hands or a fork.
Measure out using 1/4 cup, and make into flat patties and arrange on baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 min.
Serving Size: Makes 12 fritters/patties, each = serving.
