Ingredients
4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 2 cup Brocolli raw 1.5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1.5 tsp Garlic powder 2 dash Pepper, black 2 dash Salt 1 tsp Onion powder
Directions
Dice all the vegetables In a pot of water cook the diced potatoes for about 5 minutes After the potatoes are done add all the the vegetables to roasting pan add all the seasonings and roasted in a 375 oven for about 15 minutes or until vegetables are cooked to taste
