2 cups Water (105-110 degrees) 1 tbs Active Dry Yeast 1 tbs Honey 1.5 cups Whole Wheat Flour 4 cups Bread Flour 1 tbs Coarse Kosher Salt 3 tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 6oz can Tomato Paste 1 14oz jar Classico Pizza Sauce 1 tbs Sugar 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese 34-36 Slices Turkey Pepperoni 3/4 Cup Sliced bell pepper (about 1/3 large pepper)1 cup sliced Mushrooms, fresh
~Place water, yeast & honey in mixer bowl & let stand for 6 minutes
~In bowl combine flours & salt
~Add oil & flour mixture to yeast & mix on speed 2 for 2 minutes
~Continuing on speed 2 add 1-2 tbsp flour till dough clings to bowl
~Continue on speed 3 for 4 minutes
~Transfer dough to large bowl and cover for 1 hour
~Punch dough down and let rise for 1 more hour
~Mix sugar, paste & sauce in bowl
~Make pizza & bake at 425 for 20 minutes
*Recipe makes 2 pizzas
Serving Size: Makes 2 16" pizzas with a total of 16 large slices
