Low Fat Vegan Chocolate Cake with Orange Glaze

1/4 tsp Salt1 tsp white Vinegar1 tsp Vanilla Extract1/2 cup Applesauce, unsweetened1 cup Water1 tsp Baking Soda1/4 cup Cocoa powder, unsweetened3/4 cup Granulated Sugar1 1/2 cup all purpose Flour1 tbsp Cocoa powder, unsweetened1/2 cup powdered sugar1/2 tsp vanilla extract1 tsp orange extract1-2 tbsp water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix together the sugar, flour, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, salt, baking soda. Add the applesauce, vinegar, 1 cup of water, and 1 tsp of vanilla extract and mix well until the batter is smooth. Pour into a greased bundt pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 350, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
To make the glaze:
Mix powdered sugar, 1 tbsp Cocoa powder, vanilla extract, orange extract and 1 tbsp of water together until it makes a smooth glaze. Add more powdered sugar or water to reach desired consistency. Drizzle over the cake after it is semi-cool.
