16 oz Antolina Farfelle Bow Tie Pasta 16 oz. 1 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh .5 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins) .5 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 1 cup Kirkland Basil Pesto 1/4cup 2 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil 6 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice
Cook pasta, rinse and drain. Add chicken, pesto, cranberries and chopped onion, lemon juice and olive oil. Mix thoroughly so that pesto covers all the pasta well. Chill and serve. If it seems a bit dry add red vinegar or more pesto
