Sweet and Salty Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
10 cup Broccoli Florets, Raw (by CONNERHANSON) .75 cup, packed Raisins, golden seedless .75 cup Peanuts, dry-roasted .75 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 16 tbsp Mayonnaise, Hellman's Light .5 cup Cider Vinegar 3 tbsp McCormick Bac'n Pieces bacon flavored bacon bits
Directions
Cut the broccoli into bite size pieces. Finely chop the red onion. Coarsely chop the peanuts, Stir these three together with the raisins in a large bowl. In a small bowl, whisk together the cider vinegar and the mayonnaise. If too tart, a packet of your favorite sweetener may be added. Pour dressing over the salad mixture and stir to coat all the pieces. Garnish with the bacon bits. Cover and refrigerate.
