4 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, very ripe21 Dates1 cup, packed Brown Sugar1/2 cup Kefir - Plain3/4 cup Bob's Red Mill - Organic Whole Ground Flax Seed Meal1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil4 large eggs2 1/2 cup Flour, white2 tsp Baking Soda1 1/4 tsp Salt
in a food processor, Puree over ripe bananas, dates, brown sugar, ground flax seed, kefir, and Olive oil until smooth. Add eggs pulse blend till mixed. transfer to a large mixing bowl.
Sift dry ingredients together and add gradually to banana mixture blending with a spatula or wooden spoon. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Bake at 350� for approximately 40 minutes or when an inserted tooth pick comes out clean.
