Mini Turkey Meatloaf w/Oyster Crackers

Ingredients
1 lb. Ground Turkey 85/15 4 servings Oyster Crackers (19 crackers) 1 large Egg 1 tsp Tastefully Simple - Onion Onion 1 tsp Tastefully Simple - Garlic Garlic1 dash Pepper, black 1/2 cup Chopped Green Bell Peppers1/3 oz Almond Milk, Unsweetened4 tbsp ketchup2 tsp Mustard, Yellow 2 tbsp Light Brown Sugar
Directions
Heat oven to 350.
Combine turkey, oyster crackers, egg, onion onion, garlic garlic, pepper, green pepper, and almond milk in a medium bowl. Hand mix until well blended. Divide evenly in a 12 cupcake or brownie pan and press to sides.
In a small bowl, combine ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar. Spread evenly on top of the mini meatloafs.
Bake for 30 minutes or until done.
