3.5 cup Beans, black 3.5 cup Diced Tomatoes Rotel green chilies .5 cup (by TNONTE) 3.5 cup Pureed Tomatoes 16 oz Ground beef 3 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 74 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw 1 medium Summer Squash 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 tbsp Salt 3 oz Frieda's Dried Guajillo Chiles (by CHUCKLES0719) 6 cloves Garlic 6 tsp Thyme, fresh
Clean chilies, chop/grind up.
Smash, de-skin garlic.
Break up raw ground beef.
Place beef, diced veggies, garlic, salt, beans, chilies, thyme (I left mine on the stem) and onions in slow cooker. Top with tomatoes, and water.
Cook high 8 hours. Stir, Add more water if needed for consistency.
