Asparagus Cauliflower soup

1.0 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower, raw6.0 cup Asparagus, fresh2.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw4.0 cup Swanson Chicken Fat Free Chicken Broth Less Sodium5.0 clove Garlic1.0 cup, diced Celery, raw2.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Saute onions & garlic
Add cut asparagus (3-4 ") and cauliflower (flowerrets), chicken stock water and spices.
Cook in a pressure cooker 15 - 20 minutes. Wait for steam to vent before opening. Puree with blender, food processor or wand until smooth. Adjust seasonings to taste. 1 cup appetizer; 2 cups for main course.
