Breakfast Lettuce Wrap

1 serving Eggs - Hard Boiled Whites - 1 Large Egg 1 serving Green Leaf Lettuce (1 outer leaf) 1 slices Turkey breast, sliced, oven roasted, luncheon meat
1. Wash 1 Green outer lettuce leaf. Make diagonal slices part way through the "spine" main stem of the leaf to make it easier to roll into a wrap.
2. Boil an egg and slice it (remove the yolk).
3. Lay 1 oven roasted luncheon meat turkey breast slice on the lettuce leaf and lay the egg white slices on top of the turkey breast.
4. Beginning with the end of the lettuce leaf where the stem is largest, roll up the wrap and enjoy!
