Ingredients
48 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Thigh (by CONFOUNDIT) .8 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste 14 oz Thai Kitchen Light Coconut Milk 1 tbsp Garam Masala (by JACE520) 3 tbsp Kerry's Gold Pure Irish Grass-Fed Butter (Unsalted) 2 tsp Ginger Root 2 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 1 tsp Turmeric, ground 1 tsp Paprika 1 tsp Garlic powder
Directions
Heat butter in a large skillet over medium high. Add ginger and stir, cooking until fragrant. Add coconut milk, tomato paste, flax meal and spices, stirring until thickened and hot. Stir in chicken chunks, and simmering until they're cooked through, about 15 minutes. Taste and adjust seasonings.
