Homemade Healthy Chia Granola

Ingredients
2 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats 5 tbsp Coconut, shredded sweetened 3 tbsp Honey 2 1tsp Coconut Oil 0.5 cup, whole Almonds .5 cup Pumpkin seeds 2 tbsp chia seeds 1 dash Salt .5 cup, packed Raisins 0.33 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins) 1 Tsp VanI'll extract
Directions
Combine ingredients well so the honey and oil are incorporated well. Spread out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10 minutes at 300 degrees. Can be stored up to 2 weeks in an air tight container.
