Irish Oatmeal with Walnuts Cranberries and Raw Honey

Ingredients
1.5 cup Irish Steel Cut Oatmeal 6 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2 dash Salt .50 cup, chopped Walnuts 2 serving Sunsweet, Dried Cranberries, 1.5 oz 6 serving honey (raw, trader joes, organic) (1 tbs)
Directions
Cook Irish Oatmeal according to instructions. Lightly roast Walnuts. Dice dried cranberries and walnuts. Stir into cooked Oatmeal, let stand. Serve with 1 TB of raw, unfiltered honey.
