Ingredients
1 cup shredded white or red potato4 ounces of lean ground turkeyadd to taste: bell peppers and onion.1/8 cup of low sodium chicken broth
Directions
Preheat non stick skillet over medium heat.
Shred potato, cut onion and bell peppers.
Add crumbed turkey or chicken meat into preheated skillet.
Immediately mix in the potato, onion, and bell pepper mixture.
Next evenly mix in the low sodium chicken broth.
Continue cooking hash brown mixture, over medium heat, turning as necessary to prevent burning.
Once evenly browned, remove the hash browns.
May be served with organic, low sodium, ketchup.
