Pancake Mix Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients
2 tbsp Aunt Jemima Buttermilk Complete Pancake Mix1 tbsp Granulated Sugar 1 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 2 tbsp water1 tsp Vegetable Oil .5 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a mug until the batter is smooth. Be sure to scrape well along the bottom and sides of the mug.

Microwave for 1:30, let cool and enjoy.

Add more or less time in 10-second increments. A fully cooked cake will pull away from the edges. You can leave it a little moister if you prefer.
