Coleslaw

Ingredients
2 cups red cabbage, shredded 1/2 cup jicama peeled and sliced into 1/4 inch strips 1 green pepper, seeded and chopped 1 medium carrot, peeled and shredded 1 medium onion, chopped 1/2 cup medium radishes, chopped Ingredients for the dressing:3 tablespoons water 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 clove garlic, chopped
Directions
- 2 cups green cabbage, shredded
- 3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1. In a small bowl, combine ingredients for dressing. Mix well.
2. Toss with cabbage mixture in a large bowl and chill for 2 hours before serving.
Serves 6.

I used a bag of slaw mix from Publix. A small sprinle of Celery salt. Left out the salt and the peppers, radishes, and jicama . Grined some fresh black pepper in it as well. My hubbie is very picky about his slaw, and he liked this!
