Crustless ham and asparagus quiche

Ingredients
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 358 grams Asparagus, fresh 105 grams Shallots 252 grams Ham, regular (11% fat) 3 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted 15 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g 8 oz Swiss Cheese 4 serving 1 Egg- large, fresh 1.5 cup Half and Half Cream .5 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Saute shallots and asparagus in olive oil 8 to 10 minutes. Add diced ham. Butter pie plate, sprinkle with panko crumbs. Add filling to pie plate, shred cheese and put on top. Mix eggs, half and half, and pepper, pour over top. Cook at 425 until center is set, about 1/2 hour.
