5 cup Broccoli frozen Costco 5 oz Happy Farms Wisconsin Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese (Aldi's) 1oz about 1 inch cube 5 serving Kirkland bacon 12 serving Kirkland Signature Cage Free Grade AA Large Egg 227 gram Jimmy Dean All Natural Sausage Chub 227 gram(s) Fresh Express Spinach (3 cup serving) 16 tbsp HT Heavy Cream
1. Fry bacon and set aside
2. Drain excess fat, leaving 1-2 Tbsp
3. Fry vegetables in bacon grease (don't fry tomatoes)
4. Spread fried vegetables in pan
5. Whisk eggs, spices and cream together and pour over vegetables
6. Crumble bacon over mixture, distribute cheese and tomatoes; pack mixture down
7. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes (30 for smaller pan)
8. Slice it up and eat it for breakfast all week!
