Ingredients
2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 tsp Cumin seed1.0 tsp Pepper, black2.0 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne4.0 tsp Salt1.0 tbsp Olive Oil0.15 cup Cornstarch4.0 cup Boiled Potato (1/2 cup) No Skin no salt0.5 cup Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Flour
Directions
Mash boiled potatoes. Stir in spices and flour. Add eggs until stiff dough forms. Roll out dough to approx 1/4 thick. Cut into strips. Fry in shallow olive oil until golden brown. Flip if necessary. Serving Size: 6 strips
