Turkey Veggie Korma

Ingredients
1.0 unit, yield from 1 lb raw Ground Turkey2.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.2 package (10 oz) Peas and carrots, frozen4.0 serving Baked Red Potato - Small (1.75-2.5" diameter)2.0 tbsp Butter, salted4.0 tbsp Curry powder1.0 tbsp Cinnamon, ground2.0 cup Mung Beans plus water to cook them
Directions
Brown Onions, brown turkey, add mung beans, potatoes and spices with enough water to cover. Cook until beans are tender, add remaining ingredients and additional spices to taste. Cook on low until all ingredients are well blended. Add salt and pepper to taste.
