Asian Chicken Salad

Ingredients
Directions
Sauce:4 tablespoons brown sugar4 teaspoons soy sauce1 tablespoon sesame oil (more if desired)1/2 cup vegetable oil6 tablespoons rice vinegarSalad:1 6oz package of dried chow mein noodles (can be found in the grocery store in the ethnic food section)1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped6 chicken thighs, cooked, trimmed of as much fat as possible, and cubed (can use 4 chicken breast as substitution)4 green onions, chopped
Cook chicken, cube.
Combine ingredients for salad dressing and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Combine the lettuce, chicken, green onions, and chow mein noodles in a large bowl.
Top with chilled dressing, toss to coat.
