Ingredients
32 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck 8 oz Pork, fresh, ground, raw 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 tsp Pepper, black 0.5 tsp Salt 1 tsp Oregano, ground 1 tsp Basil 2 tsp Onion powder 1 tsp Garlic powder 2 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
Directions
Chop up mushrooms into a small dice. Gently mix remaining ingredients with mushrooms in a large bowl. Form meatloaf mix into a rectangle on a cookie sheet about 2 inches thick. Bake at 375 for 45-60 minutes. Serving Size: 12
