Smoky Tofu Burger

Ingredients
200 grams Tofu, firm .5 cup, chopped Walnuts 1 cup Beans, pinto .5 cup pieces Mushrooms, cooked .5 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw .5 tsp Colgin Liquid Smoke (by BJMOOMEY) .5 tsp Onion powder 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Poultry seasoning 2 tbsp Barbeque sauce, Sweet Baby Ray's Original 2 Tbspn Red Star, Nutritional Yeast, Vegetarian Support Formula 1 cup Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Put the oats, yeast, and walnuts in a food processor and blend until crumbly. Mash pinto beans; crumble tofu, and add liquid smoke and mix toegher. Add all the rest of the ingredients including the oat/yeast mixture. Mix well (easiest to use your hands). Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or silpat. Bake in oven 20 minutes, turn, bake 10 more or until outside is crunchy as you like it. Eat as a patty, or crumble over a salad.
