Ingredients
3 serving Coconut Milk (15.5 fl oz can) 104 gram(s) Yellow Curry Paste 453.5 grams Carrots, raw 2719 grams Chicken Thigh
Directions
Grill the chicken (about 3 min a side, each side - it WILL NOT BE COOKED SO DO NOT EAT)
Add the coconut milk and curry paste to the crock pot - mix
Cut up the chicken and add to the pot
add baby carrots
cook on the chili setting (about 20 minute).
Enjoy!!!
