Pork stir fry with snow peas

2 tbsp Canola Oil 8 oz Pork Tenderloin 0.5 tsp Salt 0.25 tsp Pepper, black 2.5 tbsp Soy Sauce 2 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar 1 tbsp Sesame Oil 74 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw 2 cup Snow Peas, fresh 2 cup Brown Rice, medium grain 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
Cook rice. Heat canola oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper. Add to pan and cook 5 minutes until browned, stirring frequently. Remove pork from pan.
Combine soy sauce and brown sugar in a small bowl. Add sesame oil to pan; swirl to coat. Add bell peppers and cook for 3 minutes until crisp tender. Add pork, soy sauce mixture and snow peas; cook 1 minute stirring frequently.
Serve with rice and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
