1/2 pound ground beef1 small onion chopped1 1/2 cup cooked rice2 cups chopped fresh tomatoes2 cups fresh, frozen or canned corn3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce3 teaspoons hot pepper sauce1 cup crushed crackers1/4 cup butter, melted
Brown beef with onions. Drain. Stir in everything but crackers and butter. Pour into greased 9x13 baking dish. Combine cracker crumbs and butter, sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
