Ingredients
16 tbsp Jif Creamy Peanut Butter ( serving = 2 Tablespoons ) 3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 6 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 30 gram(s) Oat Fiber 500 (by BIKERCHICK1450) 1 stick Butter, salted 3 serving Erythritol 1/4 Cup (by CYBERGRANNY1) 3 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 tsp Baking Powder
Directions
warm butter, mix with erythritol and peanut butter. add egg, vanilla and salt.

add the rest of the ingredients into dough. Form into small balls - about 1" across and then press gently onto cookie sheet covered with parchment or silpat. Bake at 375 for 10-12 min
