Ingredients
1.0 cup slices Apples, fresh with skin1.0 fruit (2-5/8" dia) Oranges1.0 serving Chobani 0% Vanilla Greek Yogurt (5.3 oz)2.0 cup carrots (sliced)
Directions
Put all ingredients into a blender. Add 1 cup ice and 1/2 cup of water. Then blend for 2 minutes. Add salt to taste (optional). Serving Size: 1 glass 8 oz.
