4 cup, chopped Swiss Chard 1 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 Apples, fresh with skin 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, plain, whole milk
Puree in Vitamix. Add water to desired consistency. Serving size depends on amount of water added.
