4 serving Chicken-Perdue Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, 4oz 4 serving Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth, 1 cup 1 medium Carrots, raw 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 430 gram(s) Bush's Best Cannellini Beans - White Kidney Beans (1/2 cup, 130 grams, 3.5 servings per container) 1 tsp Garlic powder 170 grams Spinach, fresh 0.5 cup Yogurt Plain Greek Yogurt, non-fat
Used cooked chicken breasts or cut raw chicken into strips, fry each side until light brown using spray oil. Remove and let cool while sautéing chopped carrot and onion until onion is translucent. Add broth, seasonings. Cut up chicken, add to pot, add beans and let simmer a few minutes. Add spinach and let cook until tender. Remove from heat and add yogurt. Salt and pepper as you like it.
