Broccoli Cheddar Soupl

Ingredients
.5 cup Cream Cheese 7.5 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 8 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 1 cup Sour Cream 3 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions

In a 6-quart slow cooker, add broccoli, cream cheese, broth, salt and pepper.
Cook on high for 2 hours.
Add sour cream and cheese. Stir until cheese is melted in thoroughly.
Use an immersion blender to pulse the soup to desired texture, or serve as is with toasted bread.
