0.25 cup Frozen green peas .25 cup, chopped Carrots, raw .25 cup, cubes Sweet potato .25 cup, strips Celery, raw .25 cup, shredded Cabbage, fresh .25 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber (peeled) 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil .5 serving Beans, Green Cut Frozen (Great Value) 2/3 cup .25 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 plum tomato Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
Directions
Prepare peas, green beans by simply thawing. Shred carrot, cabbage, and sweet potato. chop celery, tomato, green pepper and cucumber. Toss and add olive oil or your favorite dressing.
