Ingredients
5 oz Chicken Thigh 'Skinless with Bone In' (by JODIE0321) 2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 serving Bay Leaves (by MRSJOCCO) .15 tsp Cardamom, ground
Directions
Combine all the ingredients and set to boil on medium flame. Once the liquid begins to boil, remove the foam that emerges. Do this a couple of times until the foam is almost gone. Boil the liquid for another 10 minutes and then let it cool. Strain the liquids and use for soups. The boiled chicken can be used for making simple quick dishes or as juliennes in the soup you make.
