Easy Meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients
For the Meatloaf:24 oz Ground beef, lean 1 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned 0.50 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .33 cup Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce) .25 cup Parsley .75 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1/2 Tbsp Salt (or more if you want)1/2 Tbsp Pepper (or more if you want)1/2 tbsp garlic powder (or more if you want)For Glaze:8 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz 1/2 tbsp chili powder1/2 tbsp salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F). Combine all ingredients listed for the meatloaf and mash together well and then shape into a small loaf. Place on a pan (preferably one where the fat can drain) and cook at 350 for about an hour.

Then, combine 1/2 cup of ketchup with 1/2 tbsp chili powder and salt to make the glaze. About 30 minutes into cooking the meatloaf, take it out of the oven and coat the top with the glaze and then return it to the oven to finish cooking.
