Fat head crust

Ingredients
1.5 cup, shredded Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk0.75 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g)1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw2.0 tbsp Low fat cream cheese
Directions
Melt cheeses melt in microwave for 1 min. Stir then heat 30 seconds more. add egg and flour. Mix well, Drop dough into parchment paper, moisten hands and flatten. If dough is stringy, put back in microwave for 30 seconds. Bake at 450 for 8 min Pop any bubbles with a fork. Choose toppings and bake 8-10 min until it's brown on top. Enjoy!
