.5 cup Mayonnaise, regular (mayo) 2 tbsp (C) Vinegar, Red Wine (Gr Value) 2 cup Cannellini Beans White Kidney Beans Bushs 1 cup Peas, fresh 2 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) 1 tbsp chopped Onions, raw 5 serving Italian Sausage - hot - Johnsonville - 1link
Fry the sausage links, cool, and slice to 1/4 inch. Whisk together the mayo, vinegar, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper in a medium bowl. Add additional ingredients and stir until well combined. Add additional salt and pepper to taste. Set in refrigerator and chill for two hours. Serve at a cool temperature.
