8 cup (1 serving) Cereals ready-to-eat, QUAKER, QUAKER Puffed Wheat .5 cup Dark Corn Syrup 1 cup, packed Brown Sugar .5 cup Butter, unsalted 2 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
1) Grease a 9 X 13 pan. Line the bottom with parchment paper.
2) Place the butter, syrup, sugar, and cocoa powder in a large pot. Bring it up to boil, and boil for about 2 minutes. Add the puffed wheat, and mix quickly. Place the mix into the greased pan, and press it evenly into the pan.
3) Cool, remove from the pan, and cut into 8 even pieces. Store in a tight container.
Serving Size: Makes 8 generous servings.
