Ingredients
3 serving Earthly Grains Quick Cook Farro 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 cup Parsley 7 sprigs Dill weed, fresh 1 tbsp Spice, Crushed Mint (dried) (by RAMIREZJR78) 2 tsp Kosher Salt (by 65PLUS1) 2.5 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon 4 serving Sunbursts Yellow Tomatoes (5 small) (by BOOKWORM27S) 5 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes) 2 cup slices Cucumber (with peel) 4 serving TruRoots Ancient Grain Medley
Directions
Cook grains as directed. Let cool. Chop herbs and veggies. Stir in with lemon juice and olive oil. Add garlic powder to taste if desired.
