Green Bell Pepper 1 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips 4 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 3 tbsp Parsley 1 cup, sliced Zucchini 3 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes)
