Mexican Slaw

Ingredients
1 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia Cabbage, fresh .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw .5 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3- Sweet peppers (bell) 4.5 medium Carrots, raw .333 cup Lime Juice 1 tsp Cumin seed .5 cup Olive Oil 2 tbsp Honey
Directions
Shred cabbage and carrots, slice onions and bell pepper very thin. Place in a large bowl. Mix lime juice, ground cumin, olive oil and honey in a blender. Pour over cabbage mixture and stir well. Taste and add salt and pepper and/or red pepper flakes if needed.
